Meet Captain Dominic

My passion for Lake Michigan started when I was just five years old, fishing alongside my dad. What began as childhood fishing trips grew into a lifelong love for the lake and salmon fishing.

In 2019, I bought my first boat, an 18-foot Lund, with plans to spend as much time as possible chasing salmon on Lake Michigan. That first season, though, the boat probably spent more time tied to the dock than it did out fishing. I knew I wanted something bigger and better suited for the big lake.

In 2020, I purchased a larger boat and began outfitting it with updated electronics and fishing equipment. Since then, I've spent countless hours on Lake Michigan learning the fishery, refining techniques, and doing what I enjoy most—putting fish in the boat.

But for me, the best part of fishing isn't always catching the fish myself. It's watching someone else grab the rod, fight a big Lake Michigan salmon, and experience that excitement firsthand.

That's why I started Omega-3 Sport Fishing. I wanted to turn something I've loved nearly my entire life into a business where I can share that experience with others. Whether it's your first time fishing Lake Michigan or you've been doing it for years, my goal is simple: work hard to put you on fish, keep the trip fun, and give you an experience you'll want to come back for.
